Design Concept / Interior Design Project

The conceptual design or interior design is made after detailed consultations with the client about his wishes, needs, life habits and lifestyle, or the purpose of the space and initial wishes if it is a business facility.

The conceptual solution includes the creation of a plan, floor plan and views for all rooms included in the project. Proposal, description and list of furniture with suppliers and prices, proposal of colors, textures, wall and floor coverings (if not already defined in advance), and lighting solutions. If necessary, a cost estimate of works and furniture is made, as well as plans for custom-made furniture.

Optionally, in the interior design project, we offer the possibility of creating a 3-D visualization that greatly facilitates the client's ability to imagine the space in reality, and facilitates further steps in the realization of the project.

The price of the overall project is determined by a number of factors, and in accordance with the assessment of the total scope of work, the price is formed after the initial meeting with the client.
